ORGANIZATION

3.1- AUTHORITY The Membership shall have the authority in management of Association’s business, and participate in organizing scientific and educational events.

3. 2 – DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY Responsibility for management of all affairs of the Association will be delegated to the Board of trustees.

MEMBERSHIP

4.1. GENERAL

Qualified plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians or regenerative medicine physicians are eligible to apply. All members will pay an LE 600Fee for initial registration to be paid once then 300LE/year, for trainees the fee is reduced by 50 % Any change of annual membership dues will be set by vote of the board of trustees. Non-payment of the Annual dues will lead to termination of membership from the AAEgy, on the vote of the Board of trustees.

4. 2 – CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP

A – Founding Fellows • The final list of founding members should be confirmed and published before 19 Feb.2015 which is the launching date for AAEgy • Founding members will contribute by shares (10.000LE) to the AAEgy as determined by the BOT • Board of Trustees elections will be from the list of the founding members • Founding Members will have priorities in chairing scientific events and in social services provided by the AAEgy

B – Fellows.

All are doctoral degree holders and equivalent as accepted by BOT

C – AffiliateMembers

Applicants can be proposed and accepted by vote of the Board of trustees.

D- Trainees

With a letter of verification

E – Honorary Members

These are • Honorary AAEgy Presidents • Immediate Past President of AAEgy • Chairman of the Organizing National Committee hosting the AAEgy Congress for that year. • A distinguished personality from within Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Medicine and regenerative plastic surgery fields proposed by the Board of trustees

Board of Trustees (BOT)

5.1 – COMPOSITION

The BOT shall:

• Meet at least twice a year.

• Coordinate AAEgy scientific events

• Discuss and advise the annual budget and expenditure.

BOTshall consist of the:

• The President,

• Honorary Presidents

• The Vice President

• The Secretary General

• The Executive Secretary

• The Immediate Past President

• The Treasurer

• Ten Members

Quorum of the BOT

• The BOT is to have 13 voting members and the quorum is 7 members. Conduct of the BOT

The President will chair meetings of the BOT. In his/her absence, in order, the Vice President, General Secretary or the Immediate Past Presidentwillclair the meeting.

• A member of the ISAPS and IPRAS Boards can be invited to attend the AAEgy BOT meetings by the President as an observer with no right to vote

Conduct of the BOT

DISSOLUTION

In the event of dissolution or final liquidation of the Association, all assets remaining after payment of outstanding debts shall be returned to the founding members, according to their shares, who have paid their dues to date
